Last updated: 26 June 2026

1. Introduction and scope

LaunchScope Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202917384R), registered at 88 Robinson Road, #15-03, Singapore 068898 ("LaunchScope", "we", "us", or "our"), is committed to protecting the personal data of individuals who interact with our website at https://launchscope.pro, communicate with us, or engage our marketing agency services. This Privacy Policy explains our practices in relation to personal data and your rights under Singapore law.

This policy applies to personal data collected through the Site, contact forms, email correspondence, phone calls, in-person meetings at our Robinson Road office, client engagements, and related channels. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from the Site, which are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to read those policies before providing personal data to external sites.

By using the Site or submitting personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required under the PDPA, we obtain it through explicit mechanisms such as unchecked consent checkboxes on our contact form.

2. Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA)

The PDPA establishes a baseline standard for personal data protection in Singapore. LaunchScope complies with the PDPA's obligations as an organisation that collects, uses, and discloses personal data. Key principles we observe include consent (where required), purpose limitation, notification, access and correction, accuracy, protection, retention limitation, transfer limitation, and accountability.

We appoint internal responsibility for data protection matters and respond to enquiries directed to [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with the PDPA, you may contact us first to seek resolution. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore if concerns remain unresolved.

3. What personal data we collect

The types of personal data we collect depend on how you interact with LaunchScope. Categories may include:

  • Identity and contact data: full name, job title, company name, email address, phone number, postal address
  • Enquiry and communication data: messages submitted via our contact form, email threads, meeting notes, and call records where applicable
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source, and cookie consent preferences (see our Cookie Policy)
  • Client engagement data: billing information, project briefs, brand assets, campaign performance data, and stakeholder contact details provided during marketing agency engagements
  • Marketing preferences: records of whether you have opted in or out of promotional communications

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as NRIC numbers, financial account details, or health information through the Site contact form. Client contracts may require additional categories governed by separate agreements and security measures.

4. How we collect personal data

Personal data is collected when you:

  • Submit the contact form on launchscope.pro/contact.php with required fields and PDPA consent
  • Send email to [email protected], [email protected], or other LaunchScope addresses
  • Call our office at +65 6819 2746 during business hours
  • Visit our Robinson Road office for briefings or workshops
  • Enter into a client agreement for go-to-market strategy, campaign planning, or related services
  • Browse the Site, triggering automatic collection of technical data via server logs or cookies with your consent where required

We may also receive personal data from referral partners or event registrations where you have been informed that your data will be shared with LaunchScope and consent has been obtained where necessary.

5. Purposes of collection, use, and disclosure

LaunchScope collects and uses personal data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including:

  • Responding to enquiries about our programmes, services, brand audits, and launch sprints
  • Scheduling and conducting GTM strategy briefings and discovery sessions
  • Delivering contracted marketing agency services including brand strategy, digital marketing, SEO, paid media, and creative production
  • Processing invoices, payments, and administrative records related to client engagements
  • Improving the Site, analysing aggregate usage patterns, and maintaining security
  • Complying with legal obligations, regulatory requests, and dispute resolution
  • Sending service-related notices and, where permitted, marketing communications about LaunchScope offerings

We disclose personal data to third parties only where necessary for these purposes, including:

  • Service providers who assist with hosting, email delivery, analytics (with consent), accounting, or specialised production
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers or auditors bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Government authorities when required by applicable law
  • Client-approved partners involved in joint campaign delivery under contractual safeguards

We require data processors to protect personal data and use it only for specified purposes. We do not sell personal data to third parties for their independent marketing.

6. Consent and withdrawal

Where the PDPA requires consent, we obtain it through clear affirmative action. Our contact form includes a consent checkbox for PDPA processing that is not pre-checked — you must actively select it before submitting an enquiry. Submission of the form constitutes consent for us to use your contact details and message content to respond to your enquiry.

You may withdraw consent for specific processing activities by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue providing services or responding to requests that require the withdrawn data. We will inform you of likely consequences before processing your withdrawal request.

For marketing communications, we provide unsubscribe mechanisms in promotional emails. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or service-related messages necessary to fulfil existing engagements.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage on launchscope.pro as described in our Cookie Policy. Cookie consent preferences are stored locally for up to six months. Analytics cookies, where used, are activated only with your consent via our cookie banner (Accept all or Customise with analytics enabled).

8. Retention of personal data

LaunchScope retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Enquiry records are typically retained for up to twenty-four months unless a client relationship develops. Client project records, contracts, and financial documents are retained in accordance with statutory requirements and professional standards — generally up to seven years for accounting records under Singapore practice.

When personal data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or anonymise it securely. Anonymised aggregate data that cannot identify individuals may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

9. Protection of personal data

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks. Measures include access controls for staff, secure transmission where appropriate, password policies, and vendor due diligence for processors handling data on our behalf.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with client portals or shared drives we may provide.

10. Transfer of personal data outside Singapore

Some service providers may process personal data in jurisdictions outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps to ensure that the recipient organisation provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, consistent with PDPC guidance on transfer obligations. Details of specific transfers may be provided upon request to [email protected].

11. Access and correction rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to request access to personal data about you that is in our possession or under our control, and to request correction of any error or omission. To submit an access or correction request, email [email protected] with sufficient information to verify your identity and specify the data concerned. We respond within reasonable timeframes prescribed by the PDPA, typically within thirty days.

We may charge a reasonable fee for processing access requests where permitted by law. We will inform you of any fee before proceeding. If we are unable to provide access or make corrections, we will explain the reasons unless prohibited from doing so.

12. Accuracy of personal data

LaunchScope takes reasonable steps to ensure personal data is accurate and complete where it is likely to be used to make decisions affecting you or disclosed to another organisation. Please notify us promptly if your contact details or other personal data change so we can update our records.

13. Children

Our Site and services are directed at business professionals and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under eighteen years of age without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact [email protected] and we will take steps to delete it.

14. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to advertising platforms, social media networks, partner sites, or other external resources. LaunchScope is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before submitting personal data.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated through the Site or direct notice to active clients. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acknowledgement of the updated policy, subject to applicable consent requirements for new processing activities.
